Cannot rate these folks highly enough. They gave me a banging deal on my new OLED Switch and helped me (over the course of several days, mind you) to carefully and painstakingly transfer my save data over to the other console. Nothing was ever too big of an ask and they gave me plenty of helpful advice. They were kind, courteous, patient, and endlessly helpful and I can’t thank them enough for their help. They had excellent banter, and a big, big shoutout to Chloe for helping ensure everything ran smoothly.

Was here the other day and it's very lively! The staff are so passionate about the store and are very friendly (not to mention a bit of envy from one of them)! The store may be a bit on the smaller side but they manage to fit a big variety of items in there! The big wall of Pop figures caught my eye immediately. 10/10 This is a store I will definitely come back to.

I called over the phone to check if they could price match and they said yes. I came into the store to get a what I was after and the manager came up with some excuse about the game being an “Eb exclusive” (which it was not) and said no. Called back after to triple check and they said yes they could actually indeed have price matched and ended up inconveniencing me by going over there for no reason other then to be told “No.” Store & team needs to understand that there’s a huge difference between saying ‘no’ to a customer and saying ‘Let me see what I can do for you’. That’s what differentiators good customer service from GREAT customer service. Now they’ve essentially lost money because I’ve gone to buy from a store that actually is capable of following up on their WORD.

My dreamland... Always the best customer service ever. They are always updated in video games and news. Excellent bargains. We are waiting to start paying with afterpay option it gonna be crazy and astonishing! Highly recommended place if your hobby is play videogames like me! Thanks EB! 👾👾👾👾🕹️🕹️🕹️

Fantastic service and so very helpful. I was going to spend a lot more, however they explained the pros and cons and saved me over $250.00 on my spending. What a great experience to have a shop more interested in looking after its customers for return business and making sure they are not only are happy, but also clearly understand what they are buying. Knowledge second to none as well. Nothing negative at all I can say. I will be back and with such friendly and helpful staff makes it an even better experience. Keep up the great job and thanks to the manager Matt for his awesome service :).

Considering how busy this store can be the staff do a great job of helping people. Not sure if it is the people they hire or the training, but given the younger age of the staff I would expect (based on other shops) that the hospitality would be lacking, but not here. Staff knowledge of products is also really good, keep up the good work.

Always friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, price matching is fantastic. Location is easy to get to. I always go there for my gaming needs and it's great that I can use After-Pay, environment is warm and welcoming and they always put on a fantastic display when it's sales time!
